Project Achievements

  • Through Razorfish, developed strategic information design for the online shopping experience for a large financial services company and designed its mobile websites and apps. Created and presented POVs that provided strategic rationale for continued app development. Organized and ran client work sessions to collaborate on concepts. Incremental launches throughout 2014-15.
  • For Follett, led the UX effort for an in-flight set of sprints for a responsive web design for their Faculty Discover site. Work included solving detailed design, systematizing UI patterns, and delivering comprehensive documentation for the off-shore development team. Launched June 2014.   
  • For Tire Rack, was a part of a team that designed a new mobile commerce site in a series of four one-week sprints. Delivered user experience requirements, user flows, and conceptual wireframes. Launched May 2014.
  • For BMO Harris Bank, the 12th largest US bank, directed a 5-person user experience team through iterative design-testing cycles for their public-facing website. UX work was credited for a 75% better than anticipated conversion rate for a related marketing initiative. Developed engagement models and roadmaps to position the internal usability practice as an enterprise strategic resource that serves most customer touch points. BMOHarris.com launched October 2012.
  • For AT&T, designed how customers could easily configure personalized, multi-faceted service bundles to maximize saving opportunities. Worked closely with a large team of stakeholders, business analysts, and other information architects. Utilizing iRise prototyping software. Launched June 2011.
  • For Sears Holding Corporation, built and led a team of ecommerce taxonomists to successfully create the product catalog for MyGofer.com; an innovative cross-channel retail store. Jumped on several related Sears.com and Kmart.com projects to facilitate tight timelines. Developed and implemented project plans. Worked internally with merchandisers, SMEs and technical teams to translate business objectives to workable solutions. Launched May 2009.
  • For QVC, led the information architecture for its billion dollar e-commerce website that integrates TV and web channels, community features, and video content.
