SunCom Case Studies

A fascinating aspect of the SunCom ecommerce was optimizing the purchase path for different audience needs. Through a series of client workshops, our team created four persona-based scenario flows with represented a roadmap to the ultimate concept of the site. The fifth scenario outlines the final flow for the first launch.

Of particular interest to SunCom was its credit-challenged customer. As a fourth player in a crowded field, they understood that many site visitors had credit that had already been rejected by their competitors' sites. If SunCom could handle these visitors with dignity and lead them to appropriate matched product bundles, they could make many of those visitors into loyal customers.

Out of this persona scenario workshops led to the identification and prioritization of many shopping features, including the Phone Comparison Tool.
